About the cassette:
This duo from northern Russia craft their tunes from guitar, swishers and a couple of lonely voices howling. Reminds me of when I visited Goddard College in 1971 or 72. My dad and I went walking on a trail through the campus and ran into a tipi full of students making wolf sounds. I thought it was hep as hell. He was less jazzed. But if you like Atman or that sort of thing, this has many features that will make your ears wiggle. Almost Finnish at times, which I guess isn’t all that odd.
